Driver swing speed above 90 mph, shoot under 90, care about greenside spin and feel. If you hold greens with wedge shots and want predictable check-and-release, the Pro V1 does that better than anything. Who should skip: golfers who lose 4+ balls per round — play a $27 Srixon Soft Feel until ball-striking improves. Vice Pro is noticeably firmer. Durability: urethane cover showed minor scuffing after bunker shots but maintained performance through 18 holes. After 27 holes, scuffing was significant enough to switch. Most golfers use 1-2 Pro V1s per round.
